The Liebster Award

First of all I would like to say thank you to the beautiful Krystal Nicole for nominating me. When you're new to blogging it's nice to talk to people that are also new so you don't feel like a lost little fish in a huge pond :,) To be honest I had no idea what this Liebster award was when I got the email from Krystal. But then I looked it up and thought it was such a wonderful idea. 

What is this Liebster Award you may ask? It's an award where you're nominated by another blogger, and this is only for new and up coming bloggers. Basically, it's great for networking and meeting new people who also have a new blog and you guys can get to know each other and get featured on their blog. Personally I think this is great. 

The Rules? 

Should you accept the nomination, the six rules for the award are as follows:

1. Write a post about the fact that you have been nominated for the award. In the post, provide a link back to the wonderful person who nominated you.
2. List 11 facts about yourself (Optional but very fun!)
3. Answer the eleven (11) questions given to you by the person who nominated you for the Liebster award. 
4. Nominate 5-11 other new blogs with less than 1000 followers. 
5. Write/think up eleven (11) questions for the persons you nominated to answer.
6. Let these bloggers know that you have nominated them and provide them with a link back to your page to ensure they are familiar with the award. Display the award in your post and sidebar!

11 Facts about me:

1. I am 21 years old.
2. I am majoring in fashion business
3. I love to travel more than anything
4. I have been to Spain, England, New York and Poland
5. I hate tomatoes
6. When I was little I wanted to be an astronaut, now after taking an astronomy class space kinda terrifies me!
7. I cut my hair really short once and I cried right after (never cutting my hair again!)
8. I absolutely love reading and writing
9. I am a freakishly organized person but my room can get so messy sometimes (I know makes no sense :,))
10. I love candy more than anything in the world
11. I am so in love (cheesy I know, but I had to :/)

The 11 questions I was asked:

1. Who inspired you to start your blog? Zoella. I feel like many of us started our blogs because you tubers have been getting really big and so has blogging. But I love her blog and looking back on how it grew, I hope I get to accomplish at least half as much as she did.
2. If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be and why? I wish I was more confident in the way I look and my body. A lot of people have a problem with their weight because they think they're too big but I have the exact opposite problem; I feel to skinny. And this was never a problem until people started making comments about me being skinny, which is honestly as bad as calling someone fat and that's what people don't understand. I know I'm skinny. And believe me I EAT. I just have a really fast metabolism and I can't gain weight. And there's days when I feel so gross and I feel like it's just something I will never accept or love about myself.
3. What is your favorite quote? "Everything will be okay in the end, if it's not okay than it's not the end."
4. Who is your biggest inspiration? My mom. Which is so strange because for most of my life we have never gotten along until recently. She has just been through so much and I feel like she is the strongest woman I know and I hope I'm like that when I'm older and start dealing with more serious life stuff :,)
5. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you chose? London, England. I just love it there so much and I love how the buildings look old and I'm just so tired of Chicago:,)
6. What is your favorite color? Pink
7. Do you prefer cats or dogs? Dogs
8. What is one item that you can't live without? Right now, my planner.
9. What is your favorite genre of music? I don't have a favorite but I listen to everything except for scremo or like hard rock or metal.
10. What is your dream career? Fashion Stylist
11. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In 5 years I will be 26, I see myself living with my boyfriend (hopefully) maybe engaged or married, living either in a cute little town in England or New York. And honestly just being happy.
