My 5 Year Plan

I think writing these lifestyle/personal posts are my favorite, because I know one day I will love reading them again. It's nice to see how we change as people. I also love writing down what I want my future to look like because then when I come back a few years from now to read it, I can see how my future is different form how I wanted it to be. I like having this little space online to share my feelings and ideas with people that actually like reading what I have to say. For this blog post I decided to do a 5 year plan, and I hope I will still be blogging 5 years from now and I can see how my life really turned out.

Relationship:

In 5 years I will be 26 and I hope to be married by then to the boy I am currently in love with. If not yet married then at least engaged and if not yet engaged at least living together :,) I also hope to be in a really healthy and strong relationship and I hope to still be head over heels and in love.

Family:

I don't want kids at 26 yet, I would want to start having kids around the age of 28. Right now I would just want to focus on my relationship and live my life a little bit before bringing a baby into the world.

Travel:

I want to spend this time traveling and I hope by that time I've visited France, Italy, Greece, Australia, New York (again) England (again) Spain (again) Romania, Ireland, and literally everywhere.

Career:

Honestly, at this point I don't even care what my job is as long as I enjoy it and pays descent money. I used to dream big but now I just want to be happy in a little apartment in NYC. I would love to be a full time blogger but that's kind of a risk taker, but I would also love to be a fashion stylist or a buyer for a company. But, in all honesty I would do anything fashion related.

When I really think about my life all I want from it is love and happiness. I have changed so much over the past few years and the things I want now were definitely not the things I wanted back then. And it's crazy to see how much a person can change.

Smoky Poppy Shower Gel Review

A few weeks ago I placed a huge order on the Body Shop website because they were having the craziest sale, they were basically giving things away! I ordered a lot of things I have never used before and I honestly fell in love with everything I received. There isn't even one thing I wasn't satisfied with. I got some shower gels, a few scrubs, bath jellies and a lotion.

Now, my most favorite thing out of everything I ordered is by far the smoky poppy shower gel. Oh my god I am obsessed with it. It smells so so good. It smells really mature and fresh. i usually go for the more feminine and floral scent but I actually really love this one. I'm really annoyed I only got the shower gel from this range, I might have to go back and buy the scrub and the lotion. I saw a lot of people rave about this but I didn't think I would like it this much. My favorite thing about it is that even the gel is black. It just honestly looks so cool and smells really nice. I feel like it also makes my skin softer and this is the only shower gel I have been reaching for ever since I got it. I also love the look of the container and it looks so classy. I feel like I need to stop using it so much because I want to last and I really hope this isn't a limited edition range because I would be upset.

If anyone is interested in the sale, it is still going on right now. I recommend you go look at it because I'm sure you'll find something you like. They have items at 75% off and it honestly don't get any better than that.

Weekly Favorites #5

I haven't done one of these in what feels like forever so I thought I would gather all my favorites this week and share them with you! So here are the things I've been loving the past few weeks:

The Items Include:
Love Tanya By: Tanya Burr
Sunglasses
Bronzer By: The Body Shop
Nail Polish By: Formula X
Eyeshadow Stick By: trestique
Lipstick By: Revlon

I have been a huge Fan of Tanya for over a year now, and she seems like such a lovely person. Her personality is so cute and that is one of the reasons I love her videos so so much. She seems so genuine and sweet. When I found out she was coming out with a book I was pretty excited and I love the style it was written in. I read a lot of novels and normal books so It's nice to find a picture book once in a while you love. Love Tanya has everything from makeup to hair styles to her childhood to baking to love to happiness. And there are so many beautiful pictures inside you can tell a lot of hard work was put into this book. But, my favorite is the cover. I know you're not suppose to judge a book by it's cover but I mean, look at it. It's absolutely beautiful. Even if I didn't know who Tanya Burr was and I saw this book at a shop I know I would pick it up.

I have no idea who these Sunglasses are by but I purchased them in Target last summer and they weren't expensive at all. For some reason I don't like spending a lot of money on sunglasses. However, my eyes are SO sensitive I need to wear sunglasses what feels like all the time. It could be cloudy and a little bit of sun shining through and you will see me squinting because the sun is bothering my eyes:,) I also prefer brown over white because my face is so pale i feel like black sunglasses look weird on me. I also have a really tiny head so it's hard to find ones that look good!

I'm pretty sure I talked about The Body Shop Bronzer a bajilion times but I have been loving it so much lately. I used to never contour my face because I had no idea how. I feel like I'm getting better at it, but maybe not. What I love about this one is that it's really light and doesn't have so much orange to it. When you blend it in you don't see that orange line in between your cheeks. I also think this looks so pretty!

The Eyeshadow Stick By trestique has honestly been the best thing that's happened to me this month (this may be an exaggeration:,)) but I love it so so much. I did a swatch and that's what the color looks like, but when you blend it in it's the pretties brown/gold ever. And even without a primer it doesn't crease! it also last all day without going all yucky. I have also been loving the Revlon Lipstick in the shade 825 Lovers Coral this summer. I bought this lipstick what feels like ages ago and I never used it. I found it in my makeup collection a few weeks ago, tried it on and absolutely loved it. it is the nicest summer color ever. It's also really glossy and moisturizing and it doesn't make your lips dry.

I forgot to take a close up picture of the Formula X Nail Polish in the shade Power Source. I got in it this months Ipsy but i already fell in love with it. the color is so bright and summary and the nail polish honestly lasts so long without chipping it is amazing. It also dries pretty quickly so you don't have to sit around for hours and hours waiting for it to dry.

Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Moisturizer

I ran out of my usual moisturizer and I wanted to try something new. I went to target (and to be honest they don't have the widest collection of moisturizers.) I saw the grapefruit range a while ago but the moisturizer is pretty new. The range is for people with acne and it is meant to clear it up a bit.

I do tend to have pretty dry skin so I always put on a moisturizer before my make up, if I don't you can see the dryness and it makes the foundation look really gross. At the moment I also have a lot of blemishes and I noticed this did help. Not only is it a moisturizer, it also contains salicylic acid that does help clear blemishes.

The moisturizer is very light weight but it does last a pretty long time. When I'm not wearing makeup I can still feel that my face is moisturized. Sometimes if I don't put any moisturizer my face will hurt because of how dry it is. I also think the packaging is so cute and I love the smell of it. Although, I wish they had an uncounted moisturizer because I don't like putting scented things on my face. That's the only thing I'm not a huge fan of.

Demi Lovato

I think Demi Lovato is the most beautiful human being in the world.. I mean just look at her:

Not one flaw. It's crazy that there was a time she looked in the mirror, and hated what she saw.She has over come so much and I honestly look up to her and she is my idol. I wish I could rock every hair color and hair do possible.

Lifestyle|Home Goods Haul

Decorating my room and making it look all cute and cozy is one of my favorite things to do. And Home Goods is one of my favorite stores to visit to find cute things. And the prices are amazing and everything is affordable. I decided to go today to see if I could find anything I liked and well.. I did! And I didn't even spend that much money so I am a happy camper.

Here are all the the things that I picked up:

Mug
I thought that was the cutest mug I have ever seen. I already drank my coffee in there this morning and it makes me feel so french and fancy. I love it.

Aloe Moisture Gloves
Those aren't mittens (even thought they look like they are :,)) they're really fuzzy and smell so so so good! it makes me not want to use them because they smell so good and I don't want them to get messed up :/ I needed something to wash my face with and I have always just used my hands, but I wanted to see if using something like gloves will help clear my skin up.

Chesapeake Bay Candle
I love candles so much and I thought this one looked so cute. And it also smells so lovely. The scent is Jasmine Hibiscus and I don't how how else to describe the scent besides it's really nice :,)

Flora Candle
Out of the two candles I picked up this one is my favorite. The scent is Peony Rose and it smells so sweet and floral and it just seems so flowery. And I love the packaging so much!

Note Pads
Like I said before, I am obsessed with stationary and so I had to add to my collection. One of them is just blank where you can write whatever you want. And the other one I picked up you can write down lists and it has little boxes to check things of as you go.

Beauty|Milani Lipsticks

One of my favorite lipsticks are by far from the Milani range. I remember buying my first one and I loved the packaging, the color and the price! they look like a high end lipstick but they are way less expensive. The color lasts super long and you don't have to keep reapplying it. They are also moisturizing so they don't dry up your lips. And this is weird, but they have a really nice smell to them haha. To be honest I don't use the red one as much as I'd like because I'm a scary cat when it comes to red lip stick, but i still think the color is beautiful. And did I mention they're only $5.99.. That is the cheapest, nicest quality lipstick out there, in my opinion.

The Shades from left to right:
09 Pink Frost
05 Red Label
11 Fruit Punch

Beauty|June Ipsy 2015

It's my favorite time of the month! I love coming home and seeing that pink envelope from Ipsy. I love discovering new products and I just get so excited. Like I said before, one of my favorite things about Ipsy are the bags and this month was not a disappointment. Not going to lie, some of the products don't seem THAT exciting but I'm still really excited to see what they're like. This month's IPSY includes:

The Healthy Body Butter by Lavanila Laboratories
Getting body lotions doesn't really excite me because I already own so much, but I really love the smell of vanilla so I am excited to give this a try.

Formula X Nail Polish in the color Power Source
I was so disappointed with this because I already have this nail polish and I did get it from Ipsy. In the same exact color. I wouldn't mind if it was in a different color because this is a really nice nail polish and it does last a long time. The color is nice too and it's a really summary shade.

Brow Power Universal Eyebrow Pencil by it cosmetics
I think this is the product I am the most excited to try out. When I opened it I saw the color was nothing like my eyebrow color but then I saw it's suppose to be universal. I love that idea and I'm excited to see if it's actually true.

Mini Eyeshadow Crayon by trestique in the color Venetian Gold
I am loving gold eyeshadow at the moment so I am so excited to use this as well. it is shimmery and when I swatched it on my hand and blended it it looked so beautiful. Im excited to try it out on my eyes though :,)

Photo Finish Foundation primer by Smashbox
I think this also looks interesting because I never knew that face primer can come in a jelly clear form. You do learn something new everyday! I feel like it might make my skin look a bit too oily but i"ll try it out regardless!

Beauty|5 Makeup Products I can't live Without

To me makeup is fun. I love very aspect of it. I love collecting it and putting it on to create all these different looks and just trying out all these different types of makeup. I never wear it to impress anyone or because I feel like I need it. So when I was going through my makeup for this post it was kind of hard to pick out only 5 out of all the makeup I have collected so far. Some of these items are my most used and some of them are just so pretty and I love them all and I couldn't live without them!! So here they are:

Matte +Poreless Maybelline New York Fit me! Foundation
I'm not going to go into detail again with this foundation because I did a blog post on it about a month ago (Fit me! Foundation) So if you want to see why I love it so much you can go ahead and check that out! I just love it.

Milani 07 natural Beige Secret Cover concealer Cream
I also talked about this concealer before but I never did a plot post dedicated to just it. But I love this concealer so much I have been using it for over 6 months and I haven't been using anything else. It matches my skin tone so well and it just covers all the spots and blemishes I have. I use it on top of the Fit Me! foundation and they look so lovely together.

Model Blush Cosmopolitan 01
I received this blush in an Ipsy bag a couple of months ago and I also fell in love with it. It's such a pretty color and you need the smallest amount and it looks beautiful. it also lasts all day. I never heard of the brand before but I definitely recommend it.

Julep Glow Highlighting Powder in Champaign
I think this is the prettiest highlighter I own. It's not too shimmery but it does give you that nice blowy finish and it looks so pretty. I have also been using it for months and it looks like I haven't use any of the product so it does last a long time. I also love the packaging and it looks so fancy!

MAC Chatter Box
This is my first ever Mac Lipstick and I absolutely love it and it's such a pretty summer color. Mac lipsticks are just amazing and they're so pigmented and last a super long time so you don't have to keep re applying it every 2 seconds.

What is one makeup item YOU couldn't live without?

Fashion|Outfit Of The Day

I have class this afternoon, so it give me more time to actually dress cute and I really like my outfit today so I thought I would document it. My favorite is by far the top and I wear it way too much. The top is from Charlotte Ruse, the skirt is from forever 21 and the shoes are vans.
