Hello everyone! My September Ipsy subscription finally arrived the other day and I thought I would share with you what products were inside it this month. Over the past year or so I have tried out so many beauty subscription boxes and I felt like none of them were really worth the money. Every website would promise "full sized" products and that was rarely the case. Ipsy however, is amazing for the price. It's only $10 per month and you actually do get full sized products to try out which I think is amazing. I'll leave in a link just in case anyone want's to check it out:)

What I love the most about Ipsy is the bags they put their things in. (Not gonna lie I think it's always my favorite thing to get lol) I think its a cute idea and you can always use it for other things if you don't want to put makeup inside. For example, I'm still in school so I use one of them for my pens and pencils and I use another one as a camera case (because I lost my actual case but I'm to lazy to buy a new one)

The first product is a hair mask. It's called the Don't Despair, Repair by a brand called Briogeo which I have never heard of but I'm excited. For someone who has damaged hair because of bleaching this is going to come in handy and I can't wait to try it out. Now obviously this isn't a full product but there is enough product inside for more than just one use so you can actually use it a few times before you decide if you like it or not. It says it's a deep conditioning mask for dry, damaged or chemically-treated hair. You just massage it into your hair and leave it for 3-5 minutes before rinsing it off.
The Next product inside was a lip gloss called Art Touch Tinted Lip Gloss by a brand called Cailyn. At first when I looked at it I wasn't too sure about the color I felt like it was too pale for me but when I tried it on it was actually a very pretty nude with a little pink tint and I actually liked it. It also has a nice consistency and it's not sticky.
This is a closeup of the lip gloss and I think it's a pretty color if you don't want too much color on your lips but you still want some gloss. This one is in the shade 09 basic instinct.
The next product was a NYX eye shadow. I think the packaging of this is so cute because it has a little bow and it's just adorable. I also wasn't sold on the color when I first glanced at it, but then I played around with it and added different eye shadows and colors and it actually looks really nice when blended in. That's the one thing about subscription boxes, you don't get to choose your own colors so it is a bit of a disappointment when you get colors you're not too pleased with or if they don't suite your skin color. The shade is HS39 velvet.
The next product was a brush by a brand called Crown Brush. It's a C476 crease/shadow brush. I actually have too many eye shadow brushes right now so I wasn't too excited but I tried it out and it's a really good eye shadow brush and it blends your eye shadow really nicely so I really do enjoy it.
Last but not least (also my favorite I think) was nail polish in the shade red red wine by a brand called Pacifica. I put it on the day I got it and I absolutely love it! it's such a fall color and I'm obsessed. It still hasn't chipped and I put only 2 coats on and I'm in love with it.
What I really love about Ipsy is that you get products from brands you may of never heard of but some of them are so amazing it really does make you want to look at more of their products. I think it's fun to try out new brands instead of sticking to a few that you use over and over again.
